The Economics Research Society (ECONRES) is an established and recognized student organization in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. The PUP ECONRES commits itself for the furtherance and development of the whole Economics studentry and to help upgrade the status of its students through the creation of greater awareness on the issues concerning the economic well-being of the Filipino p

eople. ECONRES fosters the enhancement of critical and constructive thinking among students with regard to relevant social and national issues and encourages students to act in contribution towards overall nationalist and economic development of the country. It also cultivates harmonious relationship among its members, promotes coordination between students and administrative organizations, and initiate actions that shall lead to the development of society members as it serves to be a model of a truly independent, democratic and nationalist organization that imparts the essence of learning and emanates a truly dynamic entity that respects the freedom and equality of its members.

This resolution authorizes the budgetary allocation for the PUP ECONRES Commission on Elections (COMELEC) for the Academic Year 2026โ€“2027 to fund operational and logistical expenses during the election period. Following the joint review and deliberation by the Finance Committee and Executive Board, an approved amount of โ‚ฑ๐Ÿ,๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ from the organization's funds is officially granted to support the electoral proceedings running from ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” to ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”. This yearโ€™s magazine explores the economics of corruption. It looks at the systems that shape the maze our society continues to face. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธโš–๏ธ

The event is also a chance to celebrate our journey as a publication. Most importantly, we will honor our graduating seniors for their dedication and contributions to the publication. ๐ŸŽ“
