36 cats and dogs were spayed and neutered and 34 pets were vaccinated with antirabies.

We thank you to all the pet owners; cat adopters and rescuers for choosing to fixed their cats and dogs. Spaying amd neutering is the most humane and cost efficient way of controlling the population of the stray or community cats. It is also a way of giving your cats and dogs a gift of living a healthier, happier and safer lives.

To all those who supported this event, we are very grateful and we appreciate all your support: Mightysarah our volunteer and rescuer; Ms R. Caraig for sponsoring the food for our team and the vets; Katsu, POPShine Pet Supplies Online, Ms C. Manongsong, and Ms Ashley C. for making this event possible for the pet owners and the rescuers of Balayan, Batangas. We hope we can do more in the future.

Balayan pet parents, rescuers and adopters are you and your pet ready?
Those who registered for the event, please bring your pet from 8:30am to 11:00am. First come, first serve.

Our flow is as follows:
1.) registration/verification
2.) waiver
3.) vet assessment with the vet team
4.) pet preparation for surgery
5.) surgery
6.) recovery (while pets are in recovery mode, I AM SCOTT will reimburse the pre registration fee)

Please bring pet pads at least 2 pieces per pet.

Bring water for yourself.

Last meal of your pet should be at 12midnight. After that, no more food water until kapon time.

Those who are availing anti rabies vaccination only, no need to fast your pet.

REMINDERS for those who are registered and will be joining the Kapon Event on Saturday.

We would like to emphasize that CBC is very important to determine if our pets are ready for the surgery. It might be a bit pricey but its one way to determine the overall health of our pets and it is highly recommended both for cats and dogs.

Please also bring at least 2 pet pads for your pet. Water for your hydration and pamaymay for yourself.

In collaboration with Pawlanthropy Inc. we have successfully spayed and neutered 48 cats and dogs; of which 29 are community cats, 8 dogs and 11 owned cats. Maybe small in numbers but we strong believe that this can make a difference in the impact of controlling the population of the less privileged, unwanted, and abandoned dogs and cats in the communities.

We delightfully express our gratitude to the donor, the Pawlanthropy Inc. and its founder Geraldine Mayor. Without their constant support, this project would have been remain a plan. We also appreciate the help kind people around us that facilitated to make things lighter for all us.

We hope that you will continue to support us to reach more communities have access to low cost or free spay and neuter activities.
