2.) Ensure a stable internet connection
-> Connect to a secure wifi or secure your own data to avoid interruptions while voting.
3.) K12 Students
-> Ready your K12 accounts as you will be using this to cast your vote.
4.) One student, one vote
-> Strictly one vote per student.
-> Submission of two votes will not be honored
5.) Technical Issues
-> Immediately inform class officers, teachers, or commissioners right away for help.
6.) Accuracy of Information
-> Ensure that all personal information are accurate.
-> Rest assured that all information will be kept confidential and for documentation purposes only.
7.) Voting Integrity
-> Keep your votes confidential. No screenshots, recordings, and sharing of votes allowed.
8.) Voting Time
-> The online ballot via Microsoft Forms will open from 7:00 AM and strictly close at 5:00 PM.
9.) Ballots
-> Official Ballots shall be created and administered through Microsoft Forms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all eligible voters.
