1. Ang initial registration ay sa pamamagitan ng registration link na nasa comment section. I-type ang iyong email address at i-click ang JOIN.
2. Ang tracking link ay i-email sa iyo ng registration system upang maipagpatuloy ang pag-fill out ng form, i-click ang SUBMIT.
3. Upang ma-confirm ang iyong registration, mag-download ng confirmation form (no need to request for access), i-fill out at pirmahan. I-email ito sa [email protected]
4. Kung nakapagbayad na, i-email ang proof of payment sa [email protected] kasama ng pangalan ng payee at address na isusulat sa invoice. (Guaranteed room assignment na ito)
5. Kapag natanggap na namin ang pirmadong confirmation form ay i-confirm na ang iyong registration sa system. Ang talaan mula dito ang gagamitin ng billeting committee sa room assignments.

Maaaring mayroon kang dalawa o higit pang account na nasa system at isa lamang dito ang i-confirm kung nakapag-email ka na ng confirmation form.

Ang iba naman ay nagsabi na hindi na sila makakadalo dahil personal na dahilan o may nakasabay na mahalagang gawain.

Kung ikaw ay isa sa mga nag-register at nakatanggap ng email upang magpadala ng pirmadong confirmation form, mangyari lamang na ipadala ito agad at kung hindi naman makakadalo ay agad ding mag-abiso.

𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐍𝐎𝐖!

Online registration to the 13th NARSUC National Covention and Seminar-Workshop is until 28 February 2024 only.

Once you join, NARSUC will send you an an email to complete your registration and submit it. Your registration will have "In-Progress" status. The NARSUC secretariat will send an email to confirm your participation. Once you emailed back the filled out form and payment, your status of registration will be changed to "Confirmed".

This form is intended for new membership and renewal of membership to the National Association of Registrars of State Universities and Colleges, Inc. for 2025-2027. Qualified to become members are Registrars and staff from SUCs and LUCs only.

Estrada will be providing legal issues and concerns in registrarship in the Philippines that will serve as guide in crafting the Registrar's Handbook on March 5, 2025 for the 13th NARSUC National Convention and Seminar-Workshop at Citystate Asturias Hotel, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Book selling and signing session for Atty. Estrada will also be conducted.

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬

As per NBC 596 dated January 20, 2025, the registration or participation fee for convention, conference, seminar, and symposia, etc. shall not exceed Php 2,800 per day per participant.
