The motto “Da Mihi Animas Caetera Tolle”, meaning, “Give Me Souls, Take Away the Rest”, proved St. John Bosco’s sacrificial and undying love as the Father and Teacher of the Youth.
The Don Bosco Oratory is an initiative made by St. John Bosco for the Youth to develop themselves through Christian Formations and other Recreational Activities. Don Bosco believed that the Youth is his mission, together with the help of the Salesians. He believed that the Mission of the Salesians is to seek out those who are far from the Church, especially young people, and lead them to Christ.
