Bringing the Gift of Sight to Cagayan Province! 👁️

We are thrilled to share that the Eye Bank recently held a highly successful talk and round table discussion at the Governor's residence in Tuguegarao!

This vital meeting focused on how Cagayan Province can actively participate in our lifelong mission: bringing sight to the blind through corneal donation and transplantation.

This initiative was organized in close coordination with the office of Governor Aglipay, who remains a deeply passionate advocate for our cause. The mission hits close to home for the Governor, whose own daughter has successfully undergone corneal transplants in both eyes.

We are incredibly grateful for his unwavering and personal support!

The event saw an amazing, positive turnout from key health leaders across the region, including:

1.The Provincial Health Officer and staff
2.Municipal Health Officers and staff
3.Hospital Chiefs from across Cagayan Province
4.Doctors to the Barrios and DOH personnel
5.The PhilHealth Regional Vice President for Region 2
