Today, April 9th, we commemorate the 84th Araw ng Kagitingan, also known as Araw ng Bataan.

On this day, the Filipino soldiers surrendered after three months of battle against the Japanese forces, resulting to the brutal Bataan Death March. Over 70,000 Filipino and American soldiers were forced to march, and only 55,000 soldiers reached Camp O'Donnell.

As we honor the bravery of our soldiers who fought for the freedom we have today, let this be a reminder: we remember, we honor, and we continue to fight for our nation.

𝙍𝙚𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙧𝙚𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜—𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 '𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣' 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙨 🎥

As March closes its doors, we finally understand… some stories don’t get an 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯, no matter how much you wish they did.

Their chapters end sharp and sudden, leaving us holding onto pages that were never written. Not every tale is meant to loop back, some are meant to guide us forward instead, just like here in the behind the scene, it will guide us back to a moment that "𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣".
