𝐖𝐄𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌 & 𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏 𝐊𝐈𝐂𝐊-𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🎉

The Youth Development Committee successfully held its 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐊𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐎𝐟𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 on July 18, 2026, at the YWCA FFPI Hube Hall, bringing together 120 participants united in their commitment to youth empowerment and building safe school communities.

We were deeply honored to welcome 𝐃𝐫. 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐥𝐥 𝐓. 𝐆𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐥𝐚, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐎 𝐕, Superintendent of the Schools Division of Manila, who delivered an inspiring message highlighting the importance of strong partnerships among organizations in creating and sustaining safe learning environments for our learners. 🤝

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐁. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨 of the District Community Affairs Division, Manila Police District, who served as our Resource Speaker. His insightful presentation, "The Blueprint for Safety: Law Enforcement Protocols for Violence-Free School Communities," provided valuable strategies for ensuring that our schools remain safe, secure, and nurturing spaces for all. 👮‍♂️

Special thanks to all the 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥𝐬 who attended and to those who supported us by allowing their teachers to participate. Your leadership and partnership continue to strengthen our shared mission. To our dedicated 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫-𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬, your steadfast presence, commitment, and unwavering support in every YWCA FFPI activity inspire us to do more each day. 🙌

Chapter Update: Kamustahan with the YWCA Founder's Chapter of Tagaytay

A simple Kamustahan and Get-Together turned into a meaningful celebration of fellowship, shared purpose, and renewed commitment to the mission of the YWCA Founder's Federation of the Philippines, Inc. (YWCA FFPI).

Held on July 4, 2026, at the residence of Sec. Rosalinda Dimapilis- Baldoz in Tagaytay City, the gathering brought together 14 participants (9 adults and 5 youth) for an afternoon of learning, connection, and inspiration.

Led by Ms. Josephine J. Francisco, Federation Executive Vice President; Ms. Myra A. Doncila, Vice President for Visayas; and Ms. Macrina B. Gutierrez, Federation Executive Director, the team shared the federation's history, mission, vision, and upcoming programs. Members also enjoyed fellowship activities, discussed plans to expand YWCA chapters in GMA, Amadeo, and nearby Cavite communities, and received updates on the Regional Assembly and Founding Anniversary Celebration.

Every conversation strengthens our bond, every gathering renews our purpose, and every chapter we build brings us closer to empowering more women, inspiring more youth, and transforming more communities.

Chapter Updates: Welcoming a New Chapter in Indang, Cavite!

The YWCA Founder's Federation of the Philippines, Inc. (YWCA FFPI) successfully conducted its Chapter Visit and Orientation Program on July 4, 2026 in Indang, Cavite, bringing together women and youth committed to serving their communities through leadership and fellowship.

Led by Ms. Macrina B. Gutierrez, Federation Executive Director, and Ms. Myra A. Doncila, Vice President for Visayas, the visit was made possible through the support of Ms. Josephine J. Francisco, Federation Executive Vice President, and the warm hospitality of Ms. Betty M. Jiloca.

The program featured an orientation on the history, mission, vision, programs, membership, and chapter building of YWCA FFPI, meaningful fellowship activities, and updates on the organization's upcoming events. A heartfelt message from Ms. Josephine J. Francisco reminded everyone of the importance of living with purpose and serving others.

As we celebrate our nation's freedom, we recognize that our country continues to face many challenges and concerns that affect the lives of Filipinos. Yet, the spirit of our people has always been one of resilience, hope, and unity.

Let this Independence Day remind us that true patriotism is not only found in remembering our history but also in choosing to remain hopeful, compassionate, and committed to building a better future for all. Positive change begins with each of us—in our homes, communities, and daily acts of service.
