It recognizes continuous improvement initiatives and fosters collaboration, helping semiconductor and electronics companies exchange insights and enhance their efforts.

The Benchmarking Convention features categories focused on ๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (shop floor projects) and ๐๐จ๐ง-๐๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (support functions like HR, IT, and Planning). These are further divided into ๐‹๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐Ÿ (non-engineering or non-supervisory teams) and ๐‹๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ ๐Ÿ (engineering or supervisory-led teams).

๐๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐›๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ.
