True student representation ensures that leadership spaces are filled through a fair, rigorous, and open process. Please be guided at the requirements, qualifications, and vacant positions before the start of application.
Interested applicants must submit the following documentary requirements:
1. Certificate of Application for Appointment;
2. Original copy of the Report of Ratings (ROR);
3. Certificate of Registration (COR) for the current semester;
4. Certificate of Attendance in at least one OSI or accredited student organization activity;
5. Good Moral Certificate;
6. Certificate of Leadership Experience and/or proof of community involvement;
7. Data Privacy Consent Form; and
8. Parent's or Guardian's Consent with required supporting identification documents.
Please be guided also by the set of qualifications:
1. Be bona fide undergraduate students of Far Eastern University;
2. Meet the prescribed academic requirements;
3. Possess good disciplinary standing;
4. Demonstrate leadership qualifications, where applicable; and
5. Satisfy all position-specific requirements prescribed by the OEC
For positions such as President, Vice President, and Treasurer, applicants must additionally meet the specific qualifications provided under Article III, Section 2 of the Omnibus Election Code
