Dahil ang pag-ibig ay malaya, ang ibigin ang Pilipinas ay pakikibaka. ❤️‍🔥

Ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo, ating inaalala ang ika-28 guning-taon ng kasarinlan ng ating bayang Pilipinas mula sa kamay ng mga mananakop. Sinasagisag ng kalayaan na ito ang buhay ng mga bayani na ipinaglaban ang karapat-dapat na kinabukasan para sa mga Pilipino laban upang makalaya sa mga pang-aabuso at pang-aapi. Ang pagtataguyod ng isang malayang bansa ay isang anyo ng pakikibaka.

Sa kabila ng paggunita sa Araw ng Kalayaan, araw-araw tayong nakikibaka upang makamtan ang isang bansang malaya sa katiwalian, kasinungalingan, at panlilinlang. 🇵🇭

Alalahanin natin ang bawat dugo at pawis na dumanak upang makamtan ang kasarinlan ng ating bansa. Nawa’y maging huwaran ang pamana ng mga tagapagtaguyod ng bayang ito upang patuloy na mag-alab ang diwa nito sa ating lahat.

Magulo man ang kinakaharap nating kasalukuyan, ang pag-ibig naman sa ating Lupang Hinirang ang sa atin ay magpapalaya! ✊

Tanawin ang isang makabuluhang pagbisita ng mga kaguruan mula sa larangan ng HUMSS at Filipino, kasama ang mga mag-aaral mula sa UST-SHS HUMSS Society. 🫂

Noong ika-16 ng Mayo 2026, bumisita sila sa San Juan Elementary School sa Laur, Nueva Ecija upang makibahagi sa kanilang komunidad katuwang ang UST Simbahayan. Kasama sa mga isinagawang gawain ang isang masayang programa para sa mga mag-aaral, tulad ng interaktibong pagkukuwento at pamamahagi ng school supplies para sa mga mag-aaral mula Kindergarten hanggang Ikaapat na Baitang. Samantala, nagsagawa naman ang UST-SHS HUMSS Society ng isang talakayan tungkol sa reproduktibong sistema ng katawan para sa mga mag-aaral mula Ikalima hanggang Ikaanim na Baitang.

🧑‍🏫 Kasabay ng mga gawaing ito, nakinabang din ang mga g**o ng SJES sa mga espesyal na seminar at programang pang-propesyonal na pag-unlad. Nagsagawa sina G. Nicolas Gaba Jr. at Gng. Clarisa Santiago-Dungo ng seminar tungkol sa Pagsasalin, habang pinangunahan naman ni G. Edward Macariola ang seminar ukol sa Kalusugang Pangkaisipan.

Nagbigay ang mga sesyong ito ng mahahalagang kaalaman at kasanayan na makatutulong sa higit pang pagpapaunlad ng kanilang pagtuturo at personal na kapakanan.
