Lex Talionis Fraternitas Inc. Founded on September 29, 1969. The Official page of The Only Prestigious and Presidential Fraternity of San Beda Law.

Lex Talionis Fraternitas, Inc. Sodalitas Ducum Futurorum is an exclusive fraternal organization of Filipino jurists, legal practitioners, and law students founded on September 29, 1969, at the San Beda College of Law. A chapter in the Ateneo de Davao University School of Law was established in 1974. In 1983, the Securities and Exchange Commission granted the incorporation of the fraternity. Recruitment is by invitation only and exclusive to law students enrolled either at the San Beda College of Law or the Ateneo de Davao College of Law. Lex Talionis is Latin for Law of Retaliation. This concept is derived from the Mosaic law "an eye for an eye; a tooth for a tooth" which is a variation of the original concept promulgated under the Code of Hammurabi. The secondary name, Sodalitas Ducum Futurorum is Latin for Solidarity of Future Leaders.

For 57 years, our Fraternity has stood united in the bonds of brotherhood, guided by the ideals and convictions upon which our fraternity was established.

From one generation to another, our Fraternity continues to grow, not only in numbers, but in character, purpose, and the enduring spirit that binds every brother together.

Today, we celebrate 57 years of history, brotherhood, and shared legacy. We pay tribute to the founders and brothers who laid the foundation upon which we continue to stand. We honor the generations who preserved and strengthened our traditions, and we salute every brother who carries the name of our Fraternity with dignity and pride.

May we remain unwavering in our principles, steadfast in our Fraternity, and resolute in the pursuit of excellence.
