📣 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | In line with PEZA’s continued commitment to recognizing the vital contributions of Filipino workers to national development, the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) encourages all registered business enterprises (RBEs) to honor the exemplary performance of their employees.

To ensure that more deserving individuals are given the opportunity to be recognized, and in view of the strong interest from PEZA locators, the nomination period for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟭𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The TOWER (The Outstanding Workers of the Republic) Awards, organized by the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM) in partnership with the Philippine Ecozones Association (PHILEA), is a distinguished program that recognizes rank-and-file, blue-collar, and non-supervisory white-collar employees who exemplify excellence, innovation, and dedication, and significantly contribute to productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness within ecozones.

PEZA strongly encourages all RBEs across manufacturing and services sectors to take advantage of this extension by nominating employees who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance and embody the dignity of labor.

Nominations must be submitted on or before 𝟭𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 through the Google Form: https://forms.gle/QNLnukLrUH8NcEaa8

The awarding ceremony will be held on 𝟮𝟴 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯, where awardees will be formally recognized for their achievements and contributions to their organizations. Each recipient will receive a cash prize of 𝗣𝗵𝗽 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬.𝟬𝟬 under the TOWER Awards Program.

📣 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) expresses its full support for the upcoming 2026 TOWER Awards of the Rotary Club of Manila (RCM), in partnership with the Philippine Ecozones Association (PHILEA).

Established in 1975, The Outstanding Workers of the Republic (TOWER) Awards Program of the Rotary Club of Manila is a prestigious annual award that recognizes the vital contributions of Filipino workers—particularly rank-and-file, blue-collar, and non-supervisory white-collar employees—to national economic development. The program seeks to uplift workers’ morale, enhance career opportunities, and promote industrial harmony by honoring individuals who demonstrate excellence, innovation, and dedication in their respective fields.

In line with PEZA’s mandate to promote employment generation and strengthen the Filipino workforce, the Authority proudly supports this initiative by encouraging enterprises to nominate deserving employees across PEZA-registered ecozones. These individuals, from both manufacturing and services sectors, play a vital role in driving productivity, operational efficiency, and global competitiveness, thereby contributing to the continued growth of the country’s investment landscape.

PEZA likewise places utmost importance on recognizing enterprises that actively elevate and honor their workforce by nominating employees whose achievements reflect excellence, innovation, and the dignity of labor.

The Rotary Club of Manila, more than just an iconic fixture in Service Above Self as the First in Asia, it continues to evolve in the passing of time, embracing humanity in all its frailties in showing the way that selfless service is second skin. In a District Dental Mission dubbed as a “Handog Makeover” last March 31, 2026 where it complemented the district on the segment of mentoring beneficiaries in the filling out of biodata forms, conducting simulated job interviews and hiring qualified beneficiaries on the spot, it rewrote the way service was meant to be…from low self-esteem to picture perfect confidence towards a livelihood that would alleviate a beneficiary’s family, this is our Rotary Story…
