We, the members of the FEU Sword Fraternity (ROTC) Inc., imploring the Divine Providence, recognizing the need for a militant organization and believing in the strength of unity as an effective means to foster camaraderie, promote the general welfare, achieve common bond and interest, encourage self improvement and mutual understanding through, intellectual, recreational, cultural and civic activi

ties hereby organize an association of our own which shall be covered by this constitution. Those graduates of the Far Eastern University (FEU-Tamaraws) Advanced Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC) and Women Auxillary Training Corps (WATC) Military Science 11-42 (4-year course) or those graduates of the Basic ROTC/WATC Course, MS 11-22 and subsequently served as commissioned officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Bureau of Jail Management & Penology (BJMP). We are proud Men and Women of Far Eastern, Loyal Sons and Daughters of the Green and Gold, On the fields of the foe they will conquer, 'Til their banners are high on the scene, O men and women of our Old Alma Mater Raise your voices high up with acclaim, For the men and women who will fight, For her honor and fame, To the end we will praise her name "SANDUGO". Sultan Col. Jerry Adigue is a distinguished national leader, public servant, and media personality. He is the Founding Chairman and National President of the National Organization of Senior Citizens, where he advocates for the welfare, rights, and empowerment of elderly Filipinos nationwide. In the political sector, he serves as Regional Chairman for the Sectoral Group of Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) in the Cordillera Administrative Region, actively contributing to inclusive governance and sectoral representation.

He is also a Radio and Television Announcer for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), using mass media as a platform to promote environmental awareness, public education, and government programs. In recognition of his leadership and cultural influence, he holds the traditional title of Sultan of the Phangampong sa Pilipinas in the Cordillera Administrative Region, reflecting his role in cultural unity, peace-building, and community leadership.
