LOOK | Oath-Taking and Induction Ceremony of the Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders Association, Inc. (CGSELAI) on 18 June 2026.

The Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders Association, Inc. (CGSELAI) successfully conducted its Oath-Taking and Induction Ceremony for the newly elected and appointed Officers and Board of Trustees, officiated by RADM GLIDE GENE MARY G SONTILLANOSA PCG, Chief of Coast Guard Staff, Philippine Coast Guard, who served as the Guest of Honor and Inducting Officer.

As one of the Association’s Senior Advisers, RADM SONTILLANOSA PCG administered the oath and formally inducted the Officers and Board of Trustees, marking the beginning of their commitment to lead and serve the organization with dedication and professionalism.

In her message, she emphasized the importance of maintaining the highest standards of integrity, accountability and transparency in the management of the Association. She reminded the newly inducted leaders that they have been entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding the interests of the members and their dependents, ensuring that the Association remains responsive to their needs while staying true to its mission and purpose.

She further encouraged the Officers and Board of Trustees to uphold their duties with honor, foster unity among senior enlisted leaders and continuously work towards programs and initiatives that will benefit the membership and strengthen the organization.

The ceremony signifies a renewed commitment to servant leadership, responsible stewardship and excellence in service as CGSELAI continues its mission of promoting the welfare and benefits of Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders.

LOOK | CGSELAI Leadership Turnover and Assumption of Office of the New Board of Trustees

CGSELAI formally marked the turnover of presidency from MCPO Analyn P Saminiano PCG to SCPO Elizalde N Tubog PCG during a ceremony held at the CGSELAI Office Building, Coast Guard Base Taguig, on 09 June 2026.

During the ceremony, the outgoing leadership shared valuable insights, emphasizing that the Association’s funds are not the personal funds of the Trustees but belong to all members and must be managed with integrity, accountability, transparency, and responsibility.

In his remarks, the incoming President, SCPO Elizalde N Tubog PCG, expressed his commitment to sustaining the programs and initiatives of the outgoing administration while further strengthening and advancing the Association for the benefit of its members.

The turnover of the Corporate Secretary was likewise conducted, reflecting a smooth and orderly transition of responsibilities within the Association.

CGSELAI extends its sincere appreciation to the outgoing Board of Trustees: SCPO Karen M Abasolo PCG, MCPO Vicente N Sabdao PCG, SCPO Ariel V Casilen PCG, SCPO Vincent F Romero PCG and MCPO Rolando M Rivera PCG for their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the Association.

We also warmly welcome the newly elected Board of Trustees: MCPO Brian M Iso PCG, SCPO Lennon Paul D Inocentes PCG , SCPO Mia Lou J Emprese PCG, CPO Noel R Fabros PCG, CPO Edcel P Guzman PCG and CPO Dela Cruz PCG as they assume their responsibilities with a shared commitment to transparency, unity and service toward the continued growth and success of CGSELAI.

LOOK: The Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders Association Incorporated (CGSELAI) supported the Office of the Command Master Chief (CMCPO) in the conduct of Brigada Eskwela at Alulod Elementary School, Indang, Cavite on 03 June 2026. The activity was conducted in line with this year’s theme, “Bayanihan sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman,” which highlights the importance of collective effort in creating a conducive learning environment for learners.

This initiative demonstrates that CGSELAI’s commitment extends beyond its organizational mission, embracing opportunities to support education, community development, and social responsibility. The Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Association Incorporated (CGSELAI) successfully conducted its General Assembly and Election of the Board of Trustees on 28 May 2026 at the Bachrach Building I Auditorium, Port Area, Manila.
FMCPO Allan A Cloma PCG, Command Master Chief of the Philippine Coast Guard and Guest of Honor, underscored the importance of transparency and accountability in the management of the association’s resources. He highlighted the value of keeping members informed of CGSELAI’s financial standing and encouraged active participation in the electoral process, emphasizing that every member plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s future.
The successful conduct of the assembly and election reaffirmed CGSELAI’s dedication to transparent governance, responsive leadership, and meaningful service to its members.

CGSELAI INAUGURATES FIRST OFFICIAL OFFICE, MARKING A HISTORIC MILESTONE

The Coast Guard Senior Enlisted Leaders’ Association, Inc. (CGSELAI) proudly celebrates a historic milestone with the inauguration and blessing of its first official office on 15 January 2026 at 53 M.L. Quezon St., New Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.

The ceremony was led by Command Master Chief, Philippine Coast Guard, FMCPO Allan A Cloma PCG, and officiated by Rev. Fr. LT JOE CYNT T AUNZO PCG, in the presence of CGSELAI President MCPO Analyn P Saminiano PCG, alongside the Association’s Executive Officers and Board of Trustees.

In his message, FMCPO Cloma PCG, underscored the importance of unity among Coastguardians. “When senior enlisted leaders and members work together with respect and a shared purpose, our organization becomes stronger, our mission more effective, and our service more meaningful. True unity is about supporting one another, building trust, and moving forward as one team,” he said.

MCPO Saminiano PCG, expressed heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the office a reality. “This achievement was made possible through the dedication, teamwork, and unwavering support of our members. Together, we have turned the vision of a permanent CGSELAI office into a tangible symbol of unity, purpose, and service for all Senior Enlisted Leaders” she said.

The newly established office will serve as the permanent venue for key functions, including the processing of mutual assistance and benefit claims for members; the centralized provision of member assistance and support; the conduct of meetings for the Board of Trustees and officers; the facilitation of member transactions and concerns; and the secure custody of the Association’s vital documents and essential supplies.

With this milestone, CGSELAI continues to uphold its mission: fostering camaraderie, strengthening esprit de corps, promoting unity, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism among its members.
