Family Care & Community Development and Research Foundation Philippines Inc. (FamilyCarePh) is an outgrowth of both a need and an idea stemming from the desire of its founders and members to provide assistance to the underprivileged and indigent communities. Guided by our values of honesty and respect, we hope to be a conduit of financial & non-financial reso
urces to facilitate the philanthropic dreams and goals of donors and sponsors. Our purpose is to provide families with the necessary tools in rebuilding and strengthening the family unit, the spirit of community and to connect individuals, families, and communities to government and non-government resources for guidance and to provide needed information and services. Thus we want to witness people and communities, regardless of diversities, across the nation working together in collaboration with people in business and professionals to promote positive values within the family and the community we work with. We want to know what values encourage and inspire individuals to work to makes life better for his/her family and the community where he/she belongs. FamilyCarePh shall provide comprehensive information and services on family and community development issues and concerns. This generally covers diverse aspects of family life, community empowerment, and humanitarian services for making life better. These include parenting issues, youth development, livelihood, healthy living, advocating green environment, care for the abandoned elderly, street children, and persons with disabilities, and volunteering through common cause and service building a stronger foundation, which in turn serves the public benefit. Through benevolence, charitable works, education, science and health, FamilyCarePh will help and focus on the principles of researching projects that touches family lives and building self-supporting communities to have productive citizens, creating a worthwhile legacy and heritage for generations to come.
