The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) - FEU Chapter aims to achieve the following objectives:

1.)

Welcome to Junior People Management Association of the Philippines FEU Chapter's Official page, a progressive university-wide organization in Far Eastern University! The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines - FEU Chapter (JPMAP-FEU Chapter) is a university-wide and a national youth organization, guided by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), that

commits to develop and empower its members to enable them grow from academic to professional level as future People Managers of society. Serve as a center for cooperation, collaboration and exchange of information among young college students and graduates on matters relating to People Management thereby assisting in the development of a nucleus of truly professional people managers;

2.) Prepare members in developing and attaining professional competence as they enter the business world through their acquaintance with the prospect and future in People Management;

3.) Assist in the development of a strong and effective linkage between the academe and the business world;

4.) Foster the highest standard of personal integrity by adhering to the code of ethics of JPMAP and PMAP; and

5.) Cultivate among members a strong sense of social responsibility in order to contribute effectively to the building of a humane world where everyone has equal opportunities to improve his quality of life.

According to DOST-PAGASA, the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) continues to bring heavy rains over parts of Luzon and the Visayas. As of August 9, areas under heavy rainfall warnings include parts of Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Zambales, Tarlac, and Occidental Mindoro, with risks of flooding and landslides in affected areas.

Stay updated through official advisories, avoid flooded and landslide-prone areas, and keep these emergency hotlines within reach. 🚨

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙝𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚.

The Junior People Management Association of the Philippines - FEU Chapter presented its priority legislation if given a chance to be a part of the 5 Non-Permanent Member Organization Seats in the 12th FEU Congress; which includes The Magna Carta for Student Volunteers, The Establishment of the Tamaraw Seal of Excellent Organizational Governance, and The Tamaraw Leadership Competency Framework.

These proposed legislation advances the organization’s advocacy agenda of holistic development, social responsibility and leadership development.

In the 11th FEU Congress Non-Permanent Member Organization elections, JPMAP FEU fell short by only two votes. While we were not able to secure a seat, our advocacy did not end there, it only challenged us to find other avenues to pursue meaningful change.

Through the support of then Representatives Alec Jay Fernan and Aaron Joseph Queri, JPMAP FEU successfully advanced its priority resolution urging the University to explore the application and deputization of the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) in the 11th FEU Congress. Even without a seat, we continued to legislate, collaborate, and advocate for policies that benefit the Tamaraw community.

That is why we believe we deserve a seat not because we seek representation for its own sake, but because we have already demonstrated that our commitment to legislation goes beyond titles and positions. We never stopped advancing meaningful policies, even when we had no formal voice in Congress.

Imagine what more we can accomplish if we are finally given the opportunity to represent our organization directly.
