About Us
We, the ROTARACT CLUB OF INTRAMUROS, is a community- based organization sponsored by the Rotary Club of Intramuros that focuses on community services and professional development. We believe in “Service through Fellowship” and adheres to the universal motto of Rotary, which is “Service above Self”. As a Rotaractor we try to address physical and social needs of our communities and promote better relations between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
The Organization was chartered on April 25 , 2019 and is bounded by the constitution and bylaws of Rotaract program of Rotary International. In accordance to the Rotaract Handbook, provided by the Rotary International: “Rotaract is a service club for young people ages 18 to 30 who are dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges while developing leadership skills and making friends from around the world.” With this, the Rotary International challenge the Rotaract Clubs to come up with projects that would parallel to the six areas of focus of Rotary, which are:
