Putting someone down may give you attention for a moment, but it doesn't make you superior. Instead, it can reveal insecurity, lack of respect, and poor character.

DID YOU KNOW?

The Bronze Wolf Award is the only distinction and highest honor presented by the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). It recognizes outstanding international service by an individual to the global Scout Movement.

The World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) has awarded just over 400 Bronze Wolf Awards since the award was inaugurated in 1935. WOSM has restricted the number of recipients in order to maintain the award's significance. Currently, the award is limited to approximately one recipient for every two million adult volunteers worldwide.

Below are the APO Philippines alumni recipients of the Bronze Wolf Award.

Newspaper clipping announcing the upcoming installation of Beta chapter (National University) officers with Bro. Ignacio J. Sevilla, Jr., Alpha ‘50, as the President (presently called Grand Chancellor in APO Philippines). Brother Sevilla, Sr. was already APO-Philippines First Vice-President when Beta Chapter was chartered in March 24, 1951 while he was a professor at National University and Mapua University. He passed away in 1969.

Original clipping provided by the Sevilla family with a handwritten notation “Bulletin” probably the Manila Daily Bulletin which is now known as Manila Bulletin. Date in handwriting is March with the day and year unknown due to the damage. The missing last names were based on the Beta chapter roster in 1951. The venue Selecta pavilion in Azcarraga Street (now Claro M. Recto Avenue) was the flagship location of the legendary Selecta Restaurant, which was started by the Arce family in 1935 as a dairy business.
