Message from the Adviser
The course of study at the College of International Relations is designed to educate for individuals to develop skills, knowledge, critical thinking and capability, as well as personality and character worthy of representing the Philippines in its relations with other states. This is what being a CIR Student is all about, to be a Future Diplomat! To maximize the benefits of being a CIR student, an important ingredient is being a member of the Foreign Service Club (FSC), equipped by its competent and dynamic officers this A.Y. 2014-2015 that have started well indeed even before the classes starts. There are more opportunities for personal growth, leadership roles, character enhancement, and developing skills in relationships and group dynamics. My advice is for every CIR student to be a member of FSC. It will serve as a meaningful and lasting badge of distinction to one who has taken up the CIR course at the Lyceum of the Philippines University.
