Apat sa kanilang inilathalang mga libro ay kabilang sa UNESCO Collection of Remarkable Books for Young Readers in Indigenous and Endangered Languages! Isa itong katalogo ng mga natatanging aklat pambata sa mga katutubo at nanganganib na wika mula sa iba't ibang bahagi ng mundo.

Tinalakay ang mga makabagong pedagogical approaches, learner-centered instructional strategies, authentic at performance-based assessment, at ang makabuluhang integrasyon ng artificial intelligence (AI) sa proseso ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga praktikal na halimbawa, replektibong talakayan, at mga estratehiyang maaaring agad na mailapat sa silid-aralan, naisagawa ang pag-unawa ng mga g**ong kalahok sa pagdidisenyo ng mga karanasang pampagkatuto na nakatuon sa paglinang ng kritikal na pag-iisip, pagkamalikhain, kolaborasyon, at iba pang kasanayang kinakailangan sa klase. Higit sa lahat, pinagtibay ng sesyon ang mahalagang papel ng g**o bilang tagapagdisenyo ng makahulugan, inklusibo, at outcome-driven na pagkatuto na tumutugon sa patuloy na pagbabago ng edukasyon.

Nakikiisa ang LEAP Inc. sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 na may temang "Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon."

Pinagyayaman ng iba’t ibang wika sa bansa ang wikang Filipino. Pinagbubuklod naman ng ating pambansang wika ang sambayanang Pilipino. Gamitin at mahalin natin ito, hindi lamang ngayong buwan ng Agosto kundi sa araw-araw nating pamumuhay.

Gamitin natin nang wasto ang Artificial Intelligence o AI. May kakayahan din itong tumulong na mas mapalawak ang ating kaalaman at maging katuwang sa pagtuturo at pag-aaral.

Here's a look back at an engaging and insightful day with the Literature Educators Association of the Philippines, Inc. (LEAP, Inc.) during the Philippine International Comics Festival (PICOF) 2026!

Our sincere congratulations to Ms. Kornellie L. Raquitico, President of LEAP, Inc., for successfully delivering the masterclass, “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬: 𝐀 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞.” The session introduced participants to the FREE Framework, demonstrating innovative and practical approaches to integrating comic books and graphic literature into teaching, learning, and literary appreciation.

Following the masterclass, LEAP representatives continued the conversation through the Comic Book Talks, where they engaged participants in meaningful discussions on the value of comics as literary texts, educational tools, and cultural expressions. Together, the sessions highlighted LEAP’s commitment to advancing innovative pedagogies and expanding the possibilities of literature education.
