and Japan or other host country providing the highest level of individual skills and trainees through intensive training in language, work ethics and learning. Observing the culture of the host country as well as practicing it while the trainees are in their host country, molding them to become globally competitive by applying their skills and knowledge they learned during the internship program upon their return home.
