Our Mission and Vision

MISSION Youth For Federalism (Y4F), the youth movement under the Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte - National Executive Coordinating Committee (MRRD-NECC) aims to spread enlightenment about federalism and the Administration’s efforts to radically reform the Filipino society among the country's youth. Y4F hopes to encourage the youth to consider federalism as a better form of government and to mobilize the same in ensuring firstly that federalism is accurately appreciated and works for the country and in ensuring secondly but equally important the success of the Administration.

VISION To see that the country's youth, the next leaders, armed with information on current affairs of government and significant political awareness, and empowered enough to transform the country for the better as agents who are motivated and impassioned to bring about change through federalism.
