MMPC at the Launch of INTERSHIPCares: The Seafarers' Reintegration Program

Maritime Multi Purpose Cooperative proudly joined the Launch of INTERSHIPCares as one of the participating organizations, connecting with seafarers, their families, and fellow advocates working toward a brighter future for the maritime community.

Through our interactive booth, fun games, and exciting MMPC merchandise, we introduced the cooperative and shared how membership can help seafarers achieve their financial and personal goals.

To make the event even sweeter, MMPC sponsored a FREE Ice Cream Cart, serving smiles to participants, organizers, and guests throughout the day.

We were also honored with the opportunity to present MMPC on stage through a fun and interactive Q&A, promoting cooperative principles and raising awareness about the benefits of being part of a cooperative.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Intership Crew Philippines for allowing us to be part of this meaningful initiative. Together, we share one mission—to empower seafarers, prepare them for opportunities beyond their voyages, and improve their quality of life.

Got a great business idea? Turn it into reality through the 2026 LIKHAng Marino Business Plan Competition!

Hosted by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the National Reintegration Center for OFWs (NRCO), this competition aims to help returning seafarers transition from life at sea to successful entrepreneurship here in the Philippines.

🥇 Grand Prize – ₱500,000
🥈 1st Runner-up – ₱300,000
🥉 2nd Runner-up – ₱200,000
🏅 Regional Winners – ₱100,000 each

📌 Eligibility Checklist
✅ Must be a documented sea-based Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW)
