During the proceedings, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗝. 𝗟𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗵 to faithfully abide by the Articles and by-Laws of the Chamber, to uphold its objectives, and to actively support its programs in alignment with the national interest. They pledged to render their service with integrity, without mental reservation or purpose of evasion.

The Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands hosted the empowerment event entitled “Voices of Empowerment: Mental Health, Stewardship, and ECOMP -P5” in partnership with the Good Shepherd Montessori School, The Ecology Shepherds St. Francis of Assisi Parish, One Private Schools Ph. Equally emphasized was the principle of responsible stewardship, reminding participants of their shared duty to safeguard resources and lead with accountability. 𝐈𝐂𝐘𝐌𝐈: 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐘 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑: 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐀𝐆𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐔𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | 𝐀𝐔𝐆𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝟎𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

The synergy meeting hosted by the 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 on 6th of August 2026 at 12 noon, brought together partners and advocates in pursuit of collaborative alliance against corruption.

The meeting was led by the 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝘀𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗶𝘀 𝗨. 𝗬𝘂𝗹𝗼 𝗝𝗿., together with CCPI corporate secretary Mr. Ceferino T. Benedicto Jr., VP/Trustee, Mr. Alfredo E. Pascual, Former Executive Director, Mr. Jose Fernando T. Alcantara, ECOMP -P5 Organization Committee Member, Mr. Alberto J. Feliciano, and Mr. Selwyn Clyde M. Alojipan.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗥𝗔𝗖 (𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮/𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) retired Col. Hector Tarrazona, BGen Eliseo Rio Jr., Capt. Roberto D. Yap, Capt. Rafael Enriquez, Commodore Vicente Buenaventura, and Mr. Teodoro Boy C. Camacho IV.

The meeting focused on 𝗼𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁”. Central to the discussions was the formation of an alliance to combat corruption, with two proposed names deliberated: MRAC (Media/Mamamayan Rebellion Against Corruption) and RAFCA (Rebellion Against Corruption for Accountability).

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝟓 (𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏 -𝐏𝟓)

The ECOMP -P5 advocacy is for 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀. Rooted in the advocacy of empowering communities and strengthening organizational excellence, it seeks to 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲. Through this initiative, the Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands reaffirms their commitment to 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 that benefits both institutions and the people they serve.
