For decades, Filipinos have watched the same pattern repeat itself:

โข ghost projects
โข political patronage
โข public funds disappearing
โข the same families remaining in power
The Dapat Isa Lang Manifesto is a call for systemic reform through a lawful and peaceful ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐โ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ to finally pass a genuine anti-political dynasty law - something the Constitution already mandates, but Congress has refused to implement for nearly 40 years.
