SUNDAY MOTIVATION: In today’s digital world, noise is everywhere. Notifications compete for our attention, opinions divide communities, and fear spreads faster than truth. Yet in the Gospel today, Jesus gives a different message: “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.” (John 14:27)

As Catholic communicators, we are called not to spread panic, hatred, or confusion online. We are invited to become instruments of peace — speaking with charity, listening with humility, and sharing truth with responsibility.

Before posting, commenting, or sharing today, let us ask: “Will this bring people closer to truth, hope, and peace?”
