This assembly will feature the 𝗣𝗙𝗢 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁, a training designed for our 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽 and 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗽. It aims to impart the spirit behind the pastoral formations we have in YFC, as the Pastoral Head and Co-Pastor of their respective areas.

• To remind the Coordinators and Youth Heads of their pastoral role as the anointed leader of their respective mission area
• To impart to them the wisdom behind the activities of YFC
• To mobilize them in actively discerning the activities and topics to be given to their members

Taking on the vision and mission of the community, YFC as a ministry envisions "𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦, 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘊𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦" — a vision of formation and evangelization of the young. Thus, as front runners of our community in renewing and strengthening the Christian Family life and values of our brethren, it is significant for us to plan out our activities well, beneficial in forming our young leaders in the community. Proper planning, plotting, and monitoring of activities will gear and equip us in reaching our community vision. This is where the 𝗣𝗙𝗢 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 comes in. 💚

This August 19 to 23, a brand-new day begins for the youth leaders of North A as we gather for 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗡: 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the Missionary Sisters of Our Lady of Angels, Novaliches, Quezon City.

"With great power comes great responsibility." As disciples of Christ, we've been entrusted with something even greater—a calling to love, to serve, and to lead others closer to Him.

For five days, Jesus invites us to pause, be formed, grow together, and write a new chapter of mission.
