The Phi Lambda Delta Sorority is the premier sorority of the UP College of Medicine. Since its founding in 1969, the Sorority has shared in the vision and mission of the College of Medicine to produce a community of doctors who possess a heightened social consciousness through a firm commitment to excellence and leadership in community-oriented medical service directed especially to the underserved. The Phi Lambda Delta Sorority distinguishes itself through its diverse activities all-year-round. Upholding the core values of excellence, leadership, service and sisterhood, the sorority gives importance to activities that fall under its socio-civic arm, the PagKalMa (Pagkalinga para sa Kalusugan ng Mamamayan). Benefiting patients in the UP-Philippine General Hospital and several indigent communities, in partnership with various non-government organizations, such activities provide an avenue for each member to acquire a work ethic of professionalism and excellence, serve the community, enhance interpersonal relationships, explore her talents and reach her highest potential. In our 45 years, we have produced over eight hundred outstanding lady doctors, occupying prominent positions and spanning different fields of specialization – both here and around the world. With 45 years of experience and over 800 members, the sorority has nowhere to go but forward and upward.

The Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity and Phi Lambda Delta Sorority proudly invite the UP College of Medicine Class of 2031 to our annual OS 203 Musculoskeletal System Review on the Upper and Lower Extremities.

Expect high-yield discussions, exam-focused tips, and key concepts led by Dr. Oico Brillante Φ2015!

Brod Oico is a renowned Anatomy lecturer for Topnotch Medical Board Prep and a member of the Philippine Society of Anatomists, Inc. He also teaches at the UERMMMC-College of Medicine, San Beda University College of Medicine, and Wesleyan University.

Last August 7, 2026, Salubong, the Freshie Welcoming Program organized by the UPCM Class of 2030, was held for the incoming LU3 freshmen of Class 2031.

With this year's theme of "Asterhaven", the Phi Lambda Delta Sorority and the Phi Kappa Mu Fraternity prepared a one-of-a-kind Org Hop Booth for the freshmen to get to know both the sorority and fraternity.

The day concluded with the Grand Culmination Night, where the Phi Band gave a spectacular performance of a medley of "Iris", "Counting Stars", and "Shut Up and Dance". Afterwards, the brods and sisses each danced to "I Want You Back" and "Dance the Night", ending with a joint number to "We Found Love".

Apart from being a medical sorority, Phi Lambda Delta is committed to letting each sis shine through their multiple talents. 💙💛
