Another accomplishment by the operatives of this unit led by PMAJ KEVIN REY D BAUTISTA, OIC, DPIOU-MPD under the direct supervision of PLTCOL JOHN K GUIAGUI, OIC, D2/DID, MPD successfully arrested Top Five (5) Regional Level Most Wanted Person by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Statutory R**e respectively on October 6, 2024.

NASILO ang dalawang "District Level" M0st W@nted Pers0n(MWP) makaraang matunton sa Intelligence driven operation ng mga operatiba ng MPD District Police Intelligence and Operations Unit(DPIOU) na pinamumunuan ni PMAJ KEVIN REY BAUTISTA sa magkahiwalay na lugar sa lungsod ng Maynila.

Ayon sa ulat ni PMAJ BAUTISTA, Unang nadakip sa bisa ng Warrant of arrest(WOA) ang subject na si alyas Ogie Bakulaw 52 anyos residente sa Malvar st Tondo. Nasakote nang matunton sa kahabaan ng Capulong st Brgy 93 Tondo kung saan natuldukan ang 16-taon pagtatago sa batas nang isilbi sa kanya ang WOA na ipinalabas ng RTC Branch 7 Manila may petsang July 31 2008 sa kasong Murder( Walang kaukulang piyansa)

Kasunod nito, Isa pang Oplan Pagtugis ang ikinasa ng mga operatiba ng DPIOU na nagresulta sa pagkasilo naman sa isa pang tinaguriang "District Level" MWP na si alyas Jorel 32 anyos residente sa Magallanes st Brgy 69 Intramuros.

Swak sa selda si alyas Jorel dahil sa kasong (2 counts) Qualified R@pe of a minor at (4 counts) S€xu@l Ass@ult in relation to RA7610 sa bisa ng WOA na ipinalabas ng RTC Branch 43 Manila.

Nabatid kay PMAJ BAUTISTA na patuloy ang kanilang target hardening and intelligence driven operation upang tugisin ang mga pinaghahanap ng batas partikular na ang mga "District Level Most W@nted upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga Manileño.

TOP 4 M0ST W@NTED SA NCR TIKLO!

TIMBOG ng mga operatiba ng Manila Police District(MPD) ang isang 24-anyos lalaki na tinaguriang Top 4 [Regional Level] M0st W@nted P€rson ( MWP ) na ilang taon nang pinaghahanap ng batas dahil sa mga kasong pangh@h@lay.

Sa pinaigting na Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation (SACLEO) ng MPD Intelligence Operations Unit na pinamumunuan ni PMAJ KEVIN REY D BAUTISTA ay nasakote ang subject sa bisa ng Warrant of arrest nang matunton sa loob ng North Olympus Subdivision sa Novaliches, Quezon City.

Ayon sa ng MPD, Nakilala ang subject na si alyas Dom residente sa Lantawan St., Bray, Doña Imelda, Quezon City.

Isinilbi sa subject ang warrant of arrest na inissue ng RTC Branch 107-Quezon City may petsang April 5, 2022. Sa kasong 5 counts of R@PE at isa pang WOA sa kasong 2 Counts Acts of L@sciviousness.

Sa pinaigting na SACLEO ng MPD DPIOU ni PMAJ BAUTISTA ay nasakote ang Top 4 M0st W@nted sa NCR na ilang taon nang pinaghahanap ng batas.

Nabatid na nakatutok ang pamunuan ni PMAJ BAUTISTA sa kanilang pinalawig na Oplan Pagtugis sa mga w@nted person upang nakapagbigay ng hustisya sa biktima at maisakatuparan ang adhikain ng Pambansang Pulisya tungo sa isang Ligtas na Panayanan.

Chief, DID/D2, MPD successfully arrested Three (3) Most Wanted Persons for the crimes of Frustrated Murder and Robbery via Warrant of Arrest respectively on June 10, 2024.

Operatives of this unit led by PMAJ KEVIN REY D BAUTISTA, OIC, DPIOU-MPD and under the direct supervision of PCOL MARIO L MAYAMES, JR. Chief, DID/D2, MPD were able to arrest and implement successfully the Warrant of Arrest against Three (3) Most Wanted Persons for the crimes of Murder, Frustrated Murder, and Robbery respectively on June 4, 2024.

MEDALYA NG KAGALINGAN!

Another service award was given to TEAM DPIOU for the successful arrest of Most Wanted Person, proudly represented by Pcpl Errhol G Aguila during the NCRPO Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City on June 3, 2024.

The National Capital Region Police Office under the leadership of PMGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ, JR, Regional Director, conducted its Traditional Monday Flag Raising and Awarding Ceremony, a significant event honoring the organization's unwavering dedication and exceptional service to public service. The ceremony was held at the NCRPO Grandstand, Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City on June 3, 2024, hosted by the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology – NCR.

The ceremony highlighted the exceptional contributions of NCRPO personnel in various critical operations, particularly in anti-illegal drugs and anti-criminality campaigns.

For the arrest of Gerrard Raymund Talusan Yu during the follow-up operation in connection with the road rage that resulted to the shooting incident on May 28, 2024, the Medalya ng Kagalingan was awarded to PCOL EDWARD MADLAENG CUTIYOG, SPD.

For the arrest of Aureo Alota Cabus, Jr during the service of warrant of arrest that resulted in the recovery of Php85 million worth of illegal drugs on May 30, 2024, the Medalya ng Kagalingan was awarded to PCPT ALDRICK VILLANUEVA ZAMORA, RHQ.

For accomplishments on the anti-illegal drugs campaign through buy-bust operations that resulted in the arrest of various individuals for violation of R.A. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of
2002, and the recovery of a large number of illegal drugs, the Medalya ng Kagalingan was awarded to the following personnel:

For the arrest of the suspect during the follow-up operation for the crime of murder on May 18, 2024, the Medalya ng Kasanayan was awarded to PCMS MARK WARREN TINO, SPD.
For the arrest of the suspect during the follow-up operation for the crime of robbery hold-up on May 25, 2024, the Medalya ng Papuri was awarded to PCPT MARVIN CHESTER MONDALA DORADO, EPD.

For the arrest of the suspect during the immediate response on a robbery snatching incident on May 26, 2024, The Medalya ng Papuri was awarded to Pat LEANDER JED GOMEZ GARRA, QCPD.

In grateful recognition of his remarkable achievements which contributed to the attainment of jail bureau’s mission, vision, and objectives that made him BJMPRO-NCR’s Top 1 Best District Jail Warden for the 1st quarter in 2024. The Certificate of Recognition was awarded TO JSINSP HERNAND AMOR C MACOY.

During the ceremony, PBGEN ROLLY S OCTAVIO, CRS, NCRPO, reiterated the directives set forth by the Regional Director and the Chief, PNP in regards to the strict adherence to document and information security policy to prevent classified document leaks, enforcement of the delinquency report (DR) system to address infractions such as tardiness and unauthorized absences, and mandatory compliance with the proper use of PNP belts and buckles as detailed in recent memorandums.

Furthermore, PBGEN OCTAVIO also reminded the prohibition of mobile force personnel, including Regional and District Mobile Force Battalions, from serving as Protective Security Personnel (PSP), except under specific conditions outlined in PNP Memorandum Circulars No. 2019-006 and 2021- 058. The Regional Medical and Dental Unit’s clinical laboratory is now fully operational, offering essential medical tests. Additionally, regular inspections and maintenance of all operational equipment in preparation for La Niña to ensure readiness for increased rainfall and potential flooding.
