JRCLS Philippines Student Chapter Packs Bar Kits for 2026 Bar Examinees
August 22, 2026 — In a meaningful expression of fellowship and service, the Student Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (JRCLS) – Philippines Area gathered on Saturday to prepare and pack Bar Kits for members who will be taking the 2026 Bar Examinations.
Led by Kathryn Pajaro-Alban and James Anthony Delk, the initiative brought together members of the Student Chapter in a spirit of unity and service as they prepared these kits for fellow law students and aspiring members of the legal profession.
The initiative was made possible through the generous contributions of lawyer members of the JRCLS Philippines Area who willingly provided financial support for the Bar Kits. Their generosity reflects the Society's commitment to fostering a culture where members of the legal profession not only pursue excellence in their own careers but also lift, encourage, and support those who are following the same path.
A number of the Bar Kits were personally delivered by the Student Chapter officers, providing an opportunity to connect with and personally encourage fellow Bar examinees. The remaining kits will be shipped to recipients across the Philippines, extending the reach of this initiative to members preparing for the Bar Exam in different parts of the country.
More than the contents of each kit, the initiative carries a message of support, encouragement, and solidarity. For those preparing for the Bar, the journey can be demanding and, at times, overwhelming. Knowing that a community of fellow students and lawyers is behind them serves as a meaningful reminder that they do not walk this path alone.
The Bar Kit initiative embodies the values that the JRCLS seeks to cultivate among members of the legal profession—faith, fellowship, service, and a commitment to uplift others.
The JRCLS Philippines Area expresses its appreciation to the generous lawyer-members whose contributions made this initiative possible, as well as to the Student Chapter officers and volunteers who dedicated their time and effort to preparing and distributing the kits.
