The PUP Model Congress is an annual legislative simulation of the Philippine House of Representatives organized by the PUP House of Parliamentarians (PUPHOP) & the Circle of Public Administration and Governance Students (CPAGS). It is a weeklong event where students of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, especially students taking Parliamentary Practice and Procedures, showcased their p

arliamentary skills in drafting and creating bills, debating, lobbying, and other processes that are included in the legislative process.

As Workshop #3: Exploring the Intricate World of Policy-Making comes to a close, we’re excited to share the thoughts and insights of our participants — 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗵 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗔.
