To honor our Indigenous peoples is to remember that the land we stand on carries their stories, their strength, and their spirit.

This October, we celebrate Indigenous Peoples' Month, a time to honor the rich heritage, wisdom, and resilience of our indigenous communities. 🩷

Their traditions remind us of our deep connection to the land, our shared history, and the importance of preserving culture amidst change.

BSS Minds, let's continue to uplift their voices, protect their rights, and celebrate the diversity that makes our nation whole. 🇵🇭

It is often in the pursuit of excellence and achievements where we forget ourselves the most.

This 15th of October, through an insightful talk by Mx. Iosef, BSS Minds delved into the psychology of high achievers—understanding what drives them, and what often weighs them down. 🧠

The discussion explored the fine line between motivation and burnout, perfection and self-worth. Members reflected on how ambition, while powerful, can sometimes blur into pressure—and how awareness, rest, and self-compassion keep that fire sustainable. 🔥

More than just a lecture, it became a moment of realization: that success means little if it comes at the expense of one’s peace.

In a world full of constants: change is inevitable.

Ever had the feeling that you just wanted everything in your life to stay exactly as they are and that even the smallest bit of change could throw you off? It's completely normal to feel that way. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝.

When faced with the possibility of change, we tend to avoid it and stick to what we're comfortable with. This leaves us stuck while the world continues to move forward. We were taught that while the concept of change can be scary—embracing change allows room for hidden gifts to flourish, adapt to when change prevails, and learning experiences for growth. 🌟

Reflecting on change, infinite possibilities are waiting for us on the other side—where courage heals fear and the chance to find beauty in the unknown. 🩷

This 8th of October, through the discussion of Mx. Rodmar, BSS Minds learned what it means to truly be free—to live your life on your own terms. 🩷

The talk explored the concept of freedom not as the absence of limits, but as the courage to define your own path and embrace your truth.

Members were invited to reflect on how autonomy, responsibility, and self-awareness intertwine in the journey toward genuine liberation. 🧠

More than just a discussion, it became a space for self-discovery—a reminder that freedom begins when we choose authenticity over expectation. 🌅
