In 2003, the Alumni Board of Victorino Mapa High School launched the Pabaon Scholarship, benefiting both deserving high school students and college alumni. Over time, this meaningful initiative was embraced by Classes 1969, 1971, and 1980—proof that when alumni unite, lives are transformed.

Eventually, this noble undertaking was expanded and institutionalized by the VMHS Foundation, under the leadership of President Engr. Gurne , reaching an even wider community of learners in need.

Now, after 23 years, we once again answer the call.
This year, after our successful 2026 Grand Reunion and Blue Falcon Awards, we are officially launching the Baon Voucher Project—an initiative we aim to intensify through the generosity of our alumni. This effort was reignited by Batch 1983 through their baon treats and feeding program last year, reminding us all that no student should have to learn on an empty stomach.
We firmly believe that a nourished student is an empowered learner. Through the Baon Voucher Project, we hope to sustain daily support for students who silently struggle, ensuring that hunger will never hinder their education.

I humbly invite all our generous and kind-hearted alumni to stand with the Association in making this project wider in reach, stronger in support, and greater in impact.
Together, let us continue the legacy of compassion and service.
