This March, we celebrate International Women's Month. It is a month dedicated to celebrating women's achievements and advocating for gender equality. It is an important time of shedding light on the numerous barriers women face and the necessity to break them down.

The achievements of women in various sectors are often undervalued and overlooked. We dedicate this post to all of the capable women in leadership and managerial positions. May they continue to lead with passion and inspire others to step up.

Happy National Women's Month from the Philippine Academy of Management!
