With heavy hearts, we sadly announce the passing of our beloved PRESIDENT TIBAY DELTA , Danilo B. Tibay , on this day January 16, 2026. His loss has left a great emptiness in our hearts, and we mourn him with deep love and sorrow.

He was a source of strength, guidance, and unconditional love to our brigade family, and his memory will forever live on in our hearts. Though we grieve his passing, we are grateful for the life he shared with us and the love he gave so freely.
