𝑨 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆.
This September, as we observe Su***de Prevention Month, let us remind ourselves of the importance of looking after one another. A simple check-in, a listening ear, or a few words of encouragement can mean so much to someone who may be going through a difficult time.

As a student community, let’s build a space where everyone feels heard, valued, and safe to ask for help without fear of judgment.

𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌. 𝑳𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏. 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒐𝒖𝒕.

Let’s choose compassion, understanding, and kindness—not just this month, but every day. 🫂❤️

Hello, PHINMA SJC students! 💙

🦠 PREVENT LEPTOSPIROSIS! 🌧️
Floodwater exposure can put us at risk of leptospirosis. Stay informed, take precautions, and seek proper medical guidance when needed. Doxycycline is a prescribed medication, and it does not treat viral infections like colds or flu, so it should only be used when prescribed by a healthcare professional.

💊 Doxycycline Prescription Assistance for PHINMA SJC Students, please send the following details via private message:
• Full Name
• Year & Program
• Age
• SJC Email (where the scanned prescription will be sent)

📩 Send your details to:

🔒 Please do not share any personal information in the comment section. Keep your information private and secure at all times.

Stay safe, stay protected, and help prevent leptospirosis! 💚

🌧️ 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘, 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗡𝗘!

As heavy rain continues to affect different areas, we encourage everyone to remain alert and prioritize their safety. If you don't have important errands, it's best to stay indoors and avoid traveling through flooded roads or areas with strong currents. Keep your phones charged, stay updated with official weather advisories, and prepare the necessary essentials in case of emergencies.

Keep safe, stay dry, and take care, everyone! 💛💙

🎉 Day 1 at our booth was a success!

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth today! We enjoyed connecting with the Saint Jude College PHINMA Manila community through fun activities and the distribution of free condoms to promote sexual health awareness and responsible choices.

A special thank you to Safe Spaces PH for providing the free condoms and supporting our organization. 💙
