Professional Advancement through Unified Governance
In line with the shared commitment to elevate the standards of professional practice in the country, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), together with its Professional Regulatory Boards (PRBs) and Accredited Integrated Professional Organizations (AIPOs), convenes for a collaborative engagement anchored on the theme: “Aligning Regulation, Advancing Professions.”
This initiative serves as a strategic platform to strengthen partnerships, harmonize regulatory frameworks, and ensure that professional governance remains responsive to the evolving demands of industries and global standards. It underscores the importance of collaboration in promoting ethical practice, competence, transparency, and accountability across all professions.
The meeting will feature key discussions on regulatory updates, digital transformation initiatives, profession-specific challenges, and continuing professional development (CPD). It will also include workshops and sectoral consultations aimed at crafting unified action plans that enhance the quality, mobility, and global competitiveness of Filipino professionals.
Organized through the Philippine Association of the Professional Regulatory Board Members, Inc. (PAPRB), this event brings together professional leaders and stakeholders from various sectors, including the Philippine College of Criminology Alumni Professional Association (PCAP), the recognized AIPO for criminologists.
With the leadership of PCAP-NCR Governor Atty. Rodolfo Castillo Jr. and PRO Mrs. Béma Fulgencio-Obias, the criminology sector actively participates in this meaningful dialogue, reaffirming its commitment to excellence, integrity, and professional advancement.
Together, we move towards a more cohesive, adaptive, and globally aligned regulatory ecosystemm, one that not only safeguards public interest but also champions the growth and international recognition of Filipino professionals.
