Happy birthday to our Ate Jenn!🥳 Today we honor not just the work you do, but the way you do it. You have a way of bringing people together and turning shared hopes into concrete action. Your leadership doesn’t call attention to itself, yet its impact is deeply felt.
As you mark another year, we hope you find moments to pause and celebrate. May the year ahead bring you renewed energy and joy in both big and small things. God bless you.😊

A Women Leaders Hold Strategic Planning, Renew Commitment Through Team Building

MANILA, Philippines — The A Women core team gathered for a strategic planning and team-building activity on February 27–28, 2026, at the United Methodist Headquarters.

The two-day meeting provided space for organizational planning and critical reflection on the role of A Women amid current realities. The core team reviewed existing programs and identified strategic directions to strengthen gender justice ministries. Discussions emphasized the importance of ministries that move beyond institutional structures and remain rooted in the everyday struggles of the people.

The gathering also included team-building activities that helped nurture trust, deepen relationships, and strengthen collective leadership. It served as a reminder to the team that meaningful ministry grows when women support one another and work together to challenge the systems that continue to push many to the margins.
