The Supreme Court PH, in partnership with the Legal Education Board, the Philippine Association of Law Schools, and the EU Governance in Justice - GoJust, will hold the Colloquium on the Clinical Legal Education Program (CLEP) this March 24-26, 2026 in Mandaue City, Cebu with the theme โ€œCLEP at the Core: Strengthening Andragogy for Practice Readiness and Access to Justice.โ€

The national gathering will bring together selected law deans, clinic directors, CLEP faculty and supervising lawyers, externship partners, members of the judiciary, and newly licensed lawyers to examine CLEP implementation and advance andragogical approaches to experiential learning, ensuring that clinical legal education becomes a core component of lawyer formation.

The Colloquium marks an important step toward building a more practice-ready, reflective, socially responsive, and justice-oriented legal profession.
