The qualifications for the positions of MSTIP-SCJES officers are outlined in Article XI of the Election Manual under the SCJES By-Laws, as provided by the MSTIP-SCJES, and are as follows:

โœ… Must possess good moral character.
โœ… Must be physically and mentally fit.
โœ… Must be carrying a normal academic load and must not have any failing or incomplete grades.
