Vinzons Policy Center believes in three simple principles that encompass much of what the Philippine Constitution is committed to:
• Inclusive Security, defined as ALL LIVES MATTER;
• Inclusive Development, defined as MAKING ALL DREAMS REACHABLE;
• and Inclusive Governance, defined as MAKING ALL VOICES COUNT. The focus on inclusiveness is really where government policy and action has floundered,

and inclusiveness - participation and engagement of all stakeholders not only in the process, but in benefiting from policies that are taken in their name - must be part of the solution to all national problems.
