It is with immense pride and joy that Phi Kappa Sigma Philippines announces a significant milestone: the establishment of a new chapter at Romblon State University.✨

We are delighted to welcome the Upsilon Chapter into the Skull Family!πŸ₯°

This momentous occasion took place on February 28, 2026, in Odiongan, Romblon, brought to fruition by 14 remarkable individuals.

The successful founding is a testament to the dedication of Team Alpha Beta Chapter-DLSAU, led by Grand Alpha brother Eduardo Villamor, Grand Beta brother Ernesto Brampio, and Grand Pi brother Andrew Perez.πŸ’–

Our deepest gratitude goes to Brother Bilshan ServaΓ±ez, the DLSAU Alumni Alpha/Upsilon Chapter Adviser/Organizer, for his tireless effort and commitment.πŸ’―

We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Upsilon chapter co-organizers Brothers Dodie Itable, Maning Lim, Lino Faminialagao, and Edwin Lasiste-who journeyed all the way from Canada, and Sisters Sonia Tolentino, Jane Tapel, and Vangie Yecyec for their invaluable support.
