2. Treasure – extra funds that won't interfere providing for family necessities.
3. Talent – the capacity to contribute one's own abilities towards strengthening brotherhood. Any aspirant or applicant who has not attended and fulfilled the following prerequisites of the Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership (PEIL) is not eligible to be inducted as a Regular Eagle Member:
Five I’s Process of Accepting New Eagle Members:
1. INTERVIEW – This is the initial stage which the applicant undergoes a background check, declares their desire to join the fraternity, and has a one-on-one interview with the screening committee.
2. INTRODUCTION – During the General Membership Meeting (GMM), candidates who successfully made it through the interview stage will be presented and properly introduced to all Eagles Club members.
3. INITIATION – At this point, candidates who successfully finished the interview and introduction stage will be given the extremely rare opportunity to practice the sacred rites of eagleism. Applicants are encouraged to memorize the Eagleism, Universal Prayer, Eagles Pledge and Eagles Hymn which they will recite during the initiation rites.
4. INCUBATION – after undergoing the initiation, applicants will have to wait three (3) months, known as the incubation period which they must consistently attend the monthly general membership meetings and three (3) community service events without failure unless presented a valid reason.
5. INDUCTION (PEIL Orientation and Induction) – the final stage of the procedure. Aspirants must have successfully passed the first four (4) stages in order to reach and pass the final stage. A celebration will be conducted in their honor to recognize their unwavering commitment to the entire process. The successful aspirants will now take their solemn oath of Eagleism as the last necessary step to becoming a full-pledge member of an Eagle Club. At this stage, they have proven themselves worthy to join the ranks of the Philippine Eagles and, therefore, deserve to be called "KUYA".
