This powerful question drove our critical roundtable on October 15, 2025, exposing how obsolete Philippine policies and abuses by agencies force Filipino women migrant workers to choose between their jobs and their bodily autonomy. From mandatory pregnancy tests to forced contraceptive removal, the state's failures reduce our OFWs to "partial citizens."

We demand urgent action to abolish discriminatory screenings and ensure every woman's health and dignity are secured abroad.
