Mentor: Oo naman.

Newbie: Pwede bang yung time ko sa pag-online, maspend ko sa pag-scroll at panood ng reels?
Mentor: Yes, pwede!

Newbie: Pwede bang wag mag-post about HOPE or wag mag-set ng appointments?
Mentor: Of course.

Newbie: Pwede bang hindi makipag-communicate sa team?
Mentor: Sure, your choice!

Newbie: Pwede ba ako mag-reklamo pag wala akong resulta?
Mentor: You have free will, you can!

But here’s the truth:
What you can’t do is expect rank-ups, incentives, results, or breakthroughs without showing up and doing the work.

Everything is allowed, but not everything will help you grow.

You decide what you’re willing to sacrifice for your next level. You decide what matters more — convenience or growth. You decide how far you want to go.

The journey is yours.
So is the responsibility.

Remember this:
Your mentor or team leader can push, motivate, inspire, and even craft the best gameplan for you —but the work will always depend on you. Mentors can guide, encourage, and cheer you on. But at the end of the day, the decision is always yours. Do it for yourself. Do it for your dreams. Do it for the people you call your “whys” in life. Do it with faith. 🙌
