These diverse array of risks that may disrupt operations, hinder mission achievement, and harm their reputations. Such risks frequently impact programs and projects, with potential consequences for financial stability and long-term sustainability.

This three-day training-workshop seeks to provide participants with a holistic understanding of the risk management process and the responses the organization should undertake to address those risks.

Upon completion, participants shall have enhanced their knowledge, skills, and attitudes regarding the adoption of a risk management framework and approach within the organization. As a capstone project, each participating organization shall have prepared a risk register and business continuity plan.

The Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) is looking for a 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 to join our team!

📌 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As Certification Associate, you will champion integrity in the sector by reviewing certification applications, coordinating evaluations with Volunteer Peer Evaluators (VPEs), preparing endorsements for BIR registration, and supporting training and orientation activities that empower organizations to meet the highest standards.

🔎 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Review applications for PCNC certification.
- Coordinate evaluation activities and, with the Volunteer Peer Evaluators (VPE), facilitate the conduct of evaluation of applicant-organizations.
- Prepare the documents of PCNC-certified organizations for endorsement to the BIR for registration as donee institutions.
- Maintain records and database of PCNC-certified organizations and VPE.
- Assist in the conduct of orientation and training for VPEs and NGOs.

🎓 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Management, or related fields.
- Three years of professional experience in project management or monitoring and evaluation in the development or nonprofit sector.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Discretion in managing confidential information.
