An inspiring insight from Engr. Elmer Anthony Cubita during his discussion on energy estimation software, technical knowledge, and understanding engineering concepts. His message reminded students that real growth in the industry comes from experience, continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to challenges encountered in the field.

One of the highlights of today’s event is the inspiring speech of Dr. Manuel Be**no, reminding us that education goes beyond becoming skilled HVAC engineers. His message emphasized the importance of developing our other talents, intelligences, values, and abilities alongside our technical knowledge.

“Do not only develop yourself to be HVAC engineer, education is holistic, develop also your other talent and intelligences.”
