Four years of late-night layouts, coffee-fueled color palettes, programs and entries, and posters that sparked real conversations not only about gender justice but also events that have been part of the Mystical Rose College of Science and Technology. This we’re not just handing over diplomas, but we’re also passing the torch to a new wave of skilled learners who know that good leadership can shift mindsets.

Behind the successful Gender and Development Organization’s Anniversary is a team of hardworking individuals who took part in the pre-preparation, preparation, and post-preparation — behind the scenes, behind the faces. This year’s theme, “Bringing Equality to the Next Chapter”, emphasizes that the Gender and Development Organization continues to keep the battle it started three years ago. The battle for equality signifies more than just a word.

On behalf of the Gender and Development Organization, we would like to acknowledge all individuals, regardless of whether they are a Gender and Development Officer or not, who have been part of the Induction Ceremony and Gandang Lalaki 2026.
