The Ink & Paper Project PH

The Ink & Paper Project PH The Ink & Paper Project PH is a local initiative for schoolteachers in Pangasinan, Philippines. This expressed need led us to form the Ink & Paper Project PH.

For our maiden campaign, we aim to raise funds to cover the costs of printer ink and bond paper needed by our first group of beneficiaries. Our Story

In early March 2021, our team conducted a needs assessment survey with some teachers from Pangasinan. We found a common theme in their responses:

Due to limited funding from their schools, they're forced to shell out money to cover the costs of pr

inter ink refills and bond paper. We are a local initiative that seeks to provide support for schoolteachers in the said province, where we grew up. Our main task is to raise funds to buy ink and bond paper for the use of teachers doing printed modular distance learning. However, we also accept in-kind donations.*

For our maiden campaign, we have identified a group of teachers in northeastern Pangasinan as our beneficiaries. They have provided us with these numbers:

- 18 reams of A4 bond paper
- 18 reams of long bond paper

We are adding four (4) printer ink refill bottles to our donation. All the supplies will be used for reporting purposes. With your support, we can raise Php10,000 by 30 April 2021. With your extra money, we can help our tireless public school teachers to focus on their primary work instead of raising funds or spending the money they're supposed to use for personal purposes. Together, we can lift this burden off their shoulders. Why Php10,000? Costing breakdown:

- A4 bond paper (18 reams) - Php4500
- Long b**g paper (18 reams) - Php4500
- Printer ink refills (4 bottles) - Php1000

We'd like to send a BIG THANK YOU in advance to everyone who will be donating to our cause. The thought of having you as our fellow citizens, friends, and even family gives us hope. Blessings and many, many thanks! Disclaimer (in case the Department of Education comes after our small project): The teachers did not approach us. We conducted a needs assessment survey regarding digital literacy and technology, and this particular subject of inadequate resources stood out.

* In the case of in-kind donations, the equivalent cost of the goods will be deducted from the target amount. Once we exceed Php10,000, we will simply combine the additional cash and goods and deliver them to our recipients.
